CONSULTING

We offer consultancy and training in multidisciplinary engineering from BASIC, FEED to DETAIL.

Upon specific requests from our clients, we propose various strategies or technical and economic solutions.

ENGINEERING

Our established multidisciplinary expertise allows us to support the Client in the development of civil, piping, mechanical, and process engineering.

The Mechanical and Piping department handles plant engineering from feasibility studies to detailed design.

Main activities: Mechanization, Vendor Data Sheet Comments, Line List, Equipment, Tie-ins, Assembly Drawings, Isometrics, Stress Analysis, MTO, Support Design, 3D Modeling.

For the Civil department, our team develops the design of complex structures. The experience combined with the use of finite element calculation software allows static and dynamic analyses of different types of steel and reinforced concrete structures.

Main activities: Static and dynamic calculations of structures, Executive design with indication of all assembly details, Heavy lifting and handling, Assembly sequences and Constructability.

All projects are developed by us in 3D models; the modeling covers all disciplines (Structures, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation, HVAC, etc.) in order to obtain a single model that allows interference checking, space optimization, equipment accessibility, and the subsequent extraction of material lists, project documents, and workflow analysis during the construction phase.

For projects involving existing facilities, 3D LASER SCANNER technology allows us to detect the as-built state with a high level of detail to subsequently proceed with activities.

ASSISTANCE & SUPERVISION

We provide the Client with adequate support for construction activities such as: technical alignment of offers, Procurement Assistance, Work Supervision, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Testing and Certifications.

ENVIRONMENT AND ALTERNATIVE ENERGY

Environment, alternative energy, industrial wastewater treatment, we provide consulting and support for the construction of turnkey plants.
